Rock Climbing Courses in Wales

Designed for those who are new or unfamiliar with the world of rock climbing. We will start you off at friendly venues where you can try out a variety of climbs, learn the basics in the use of safety ropes and skills which you can use immediately at your local indoor wall upon returning.

Competent indoor climber? Then outdoor climbing is just a course away. We will introduce you to a range of different outdoor crags teaching the necessary climbing techniques, required for each.

• Building Belays & Introduction to Leading

You will also get to use a range of climbing hardware whilst being taught how to setup your own top-ropes, belay stances and depending on progression even lead and protect a climb yourself. Basic rescues, multi-pitch climbs and three star climbs it's all here.

You will be involved with every climb as much as possible. Setting up your own stances, guided through the use of a range of gear and given tips and hints to make lead climbing as smooth as possible.

If your feeling confident then our aim is to put you on the sharp end, but don't worry an instructor will be close by to help you along the way. Common problems that occur will be addressed and you'll be introduced to basic rescues.

If you want to get out in North Wales and climb, then personal guided days can be arranged. With our expert knowledge of the area, we can take you to the best crags and give you the opportunity to try routes you thought you would never climb.
